Flip Water Bottle Game App Review

What is Flip Water Bottle?

As you may have surmised from the title of the game, this app is all about flipping bottles. In particular, you flip bottles on to an endless ladder of platforms, so in reality it is just a platform jumping game, but with a half empty water bottle as the medium. That said, it is quite the simple game, since it has very limited modes and things to do in general. You flip bottles onto platforms, forever until you miss. That’s all there is to the entire game.

Should you get Flip Water Bottle?

This is one of those games you only consider when you are well and truly bored and only need a few minutes of entertainment during a break or on the bus to school. That’s because there just isn’t a lot of content to really consider. The game’s mechanics are quite literally the only thing to appeal to players, since there’s obviously not much to appreciate about the different skins in the game; at that point you are just flipping different colored bottles.

On top of the very sparse amount of content in this game, there’s also an over-abundance of ads to contend with, with an advertisement making itself known every ten seconds or less in some cases. Needless to say, this type of ad saturation is not something that anyone is really looking forward to, as it is frankly ridiculous.

That said, does the game have any good qualities at all? Well, it does have some pretty nice physics mechanics, but that’s about it. All the nice physics in the world doesn’t make up for the fact that those physics are only being used to flip a bottle upwards onto a platform ad infinitum.

Ultimately, it’s hard to label Flip Water Bottle as a ‘bad’ game, as it isn’t bas so much as very barebones. The lack of varied content, combined with the obscene amount of ads with unsettling frequency, just makes the game not very fun, or at least, not very fun for very long. Even if all you need is a simple game to keep you entertained for a few minutes every day, you could undoubtedly find better candidates out there than this one.

-Has decent physics

-Very little in the way of game variety

-Way too many ads way too often
